BRT Fire and Rescue Supplies accept Cash, Visa or MasterCard for all non account holders or direct electronic payment to our nominated bank account.
All account sales are Net 14 days (Subject to approval and credit history).
Receipt and acceptance of orders:
No account order will be processed without a written purchase order or official confirmation.
Minimum invoice charge: Due to cost of handling and processing, no order will be billed for less than twenty dollars ($20.00) - plus forwarding charges
Minimum freight and handling charge: Due to the cost of handling and processing a minimum Postal / Freight/Courier / charge fee of 15.00 will apply to all shipped orders. All other postal, freight or courier charges will be quoted or charged accordingly.
BRT Fire and Rescue supplies sell many items that may not be normally carried as a standard stock item. Once a special order has been accepted and placed upon our supplier /manufacturer, no cancellations will be accepted.
Products returned without prior approval may be refused. Please contact BRT Fire and Rescue for instruction and approval of the return within 30 days of invoice date. All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Any products that are to be returned must be received at BRT Fire and Rescue Supplies unused, in the original manufacturers packaging in as new condition. A credit will be issued following the inspection of the goods when they are received in our store.
All products being returned for credit or warranty repair claim require prior written authorisation from a representative prior to being returned to BRT Fire and Rescue Supplies.
Any repair, modification or testing carried out by third parties that are not authorised by BRT Fire and Rescue Supplies or their nominated manufacturer’s agent will void the manufacturer’s warranty and may incur additional cost to repair or replace the item. BRT Fire and Rescue Supplies accept no responsibility for any claim or cost that may be incurred by the end user for repair, testing or shipping charges by an unauthorised third party.

Discrepancies: Any shortage or error in shipment should be reported to BRT Fire and Rescue Supplies within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Lost Goods in Transist: Any claims for loss of truck shipments shall be the responsibility of the buyer and should be promptly reported to the carrier Any claims for loss of small package shipments should be promptly reported to BRT Fire and Rescue Supplies
Damaged goods: Damaged product must be promptly reported immediately to the carrier and BRT Fire and Rescue Supplies immediately.
GST: All prices and quotations exclude GST.
All orders, parts shipment of orders and all shipping or packaging instructions are subject to acceptance by BRT Fire and Rescue Supplies.
All prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
All written quotations are valid for 30 days or unless otherwise agreed at the time of enquiry.
