Goods Return Policy

For all faulty goods requiring to be returned for credit, replacement or warranty purposes to BRT Fire and Rescue Supplies:

All products being returned for credit or warranty repair claim require prior written authorisation from a representative prior to being returned to BRT Fire and Rescue Supplies.

Any repair, modification or testing carried out by third parties that are not authorised by BRT Fire and Rescue or their nominated manufacturer’s agent will void the manufacturer’s warranty and may incur additional cost to repair or replace the item.

BRT Fire and Rescue accept no responsibility for any claim or cost that may be incurred by the end user for repair, testing or shipping charges by an unauthorised third party.
